BATICAMER is a Canadian company in architecture founded in 2009. With headquaters in Montreal, the company offers design services, study, planning and management of construction projects, whether individual or collective housing, industrial or public building. The experience, efficiency and quality of our services has provided us a growing reputation.

BATICAMER facilitates real estate access for Cameroonians living abroad and especially those who do not have credible third parties for real estate transactions in Cameroon.

BATICAMER is a network of construction professionals based in Canada, France and Cameroon. Members are Architects, Engineers, Real Estate Agents, Solicitors, Contractors, Tasks, and building technicians, Surveyors, Topographers, manufacturers and suppliers of construction materials, the network is able to effectively meet your needs.

Depending on your wishes and the nature of the estate property, we tailor the project in compliance with the code of practice and regulations in force in Cameroon. Whether you're in America, Africa or Europe, a Representative will meet you and discuss your future achievements.

As part of our mission, we support you with all actors involved in your construction (financiers, municipalities, ministries, stakeholders on the site ...). For filing and tracking of file (building permits, the file of cadastral or land title), we can also represent you if you wish. BATICAMER will provide you a single contact interlocutor to handle your project from scratch to finish. This representative will always be ready to guide you through your decisions offering valuable advice ans counselling.

Land

If you do not have land, or do not have one in sight, we can provide you access to a comprehensive land availability directory in Yaounde, Douala, Bafoussam Kribi and other cities in Cameroon. This directory contains information for land either leased, or in lease. These properties are offered by estate agents and notaries. For the purchase of land, each transaction is done before a Notary.

Construction

To complete your project, you BATICAMER assists in choosing the contractor or jobber. These professionals can be selected by invitation to tender or private contract, depending on your needs, size and complexity of the project.

Construction Management

By the direction and supervision of works, BATICAMER, through its representatives on the website of your building, ensure that the implementation on site is performed with highest standards of quality assurance.

Supply of construction

Sometimes remote area projects may cause a disruption in the supply activities of construction materials. If this is your case, it is possible to communicate your order at BATICAMER materials which will be performed by a network of providers.
